CTPI BUSINESS INCUBATOR & ACCELERATOR PROGRAMS
A QUICK LOOK THE INCUBATOR & ACCELERATOR PROGRAM
Ghana has two major challenges that are exacerbating the employment situation in the country. First, the educational system is turning out graduates who have little or no knowledge in entrepreneurship. Next, the majority of the few start-ups are also unable survive due to lack of knowledge and support to groom and sustain business organizations.
At CTPI, we would like to be the answer to both questions! An opportunity to help individuals to help themselves and their communities. As a business incubator and business accelerator organization we help startup businesses to grow and to succeed by providing low-cost workspace, mentorship, expertise, access to investors, and in some cases, working capital in the form of a loan. We also come alongside existing businesses to pick up steam. As the entrepreneur, CTPI will create the opportunity for you to work around other entrepreneurs with similar focus as yours.
We support entrepreneurs and firms in knowledge-based industries by delivering
venture development and expansion services, including small business training;
mentorship; acceleration; business and investment attraction; local business retention
and expansion; commercialization; and marketing.
CTPI embraces both individuals and businesses to support innovation; provides space
for tinkering, prototyping, and manufacturing; and offers educational opportunities.
CTPI offers programming to empower Indigenous and community-based entrepreneurs
to build sustainable businesses and livelihoods across Ghana and the West African sub-
region. Its six- to nine-month program helps take early-stage ventures to the next level,
with each program delivery focused on a cohort theme. Participating entrepreneurs
develop business leadership skills and become prepared for investment, markets, and
growth.
